Now YOU can choose the Payment Method that suits your time and budget...

ANY TIME ANY DAY ANY WAY
RentMate allows you to make your payments via the method that is most convenient for you and at a time that suits you best. Simply use your Tenant Reference Number (located on the top right corner on the back of our RentMate Payment Card or on your Invoice) to make your payments using any one of the following FIVE payment channels.

Service Fees
A Registration Fee of $199 is waived when a Real Estate Licence is provided.

Tenant Transaction Fee:

$2.50 per transaction

Plus 1.65% for Visa and MasterCard or 2.65% for Diners

All prices are GST inclusive.

Call 1300 552 311 to make secure credit card payments, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Direct Debit
Make automatic payments from a nominated bank account or credit card. Call 1300 135 610, or login to download the forms

Australia Post Bill Pay
Choose from cash, cheque, or debit card to make a payment at any Australia Post Office.

BPAY
Call or visit the website of your financial institution to make your payment direct from your bank account
